Designed for busy office workers and other time-constrained professionals, Endurascend's run coaching is built to get you to the next level - whatever that may be for you. We specialize in longer distance races, from 5K on up to the Marathon. The basis of our coaching program is centered on building sport-specific strength and mobility, improving your maximal power output, and maximizing your lactate threshold.

Coaching Philosophy

The Endurascend philosophy is centered around three pillars:

  1. Strength and Mobility

    • Through power lifting and targeted, specific flexibility training, we train your body to move through a proper range of motion, while optimizing muscular strength and endurance for the race distance you are training for.

  2. Power Development

    • As you become a more powerful runner, your efficiency and results naturally improve. This way, we don't necessarily need to make you the most aerobically fit runner (which usually takes lots of time and doesn't always increase speed). Through several power-increasing workout types and modes, we train your Central Nervous System (CNS) to increase power output more efficiently while running.

  3. Lactate Threshold Maximization

    • Through plenty of VO2max and lactate threshold training, we optimize your energy systems for the demands of your chosen race distance.
